Forged Caterpillar Drive Chain
The forged caterpillar drive chain is primarily designed for tracked engineering vehicles, including excavators, bulldozers, and more. Its link plates are forged, and the pitch holes are processed by specialized machine tools. These ensure accurate dimension and synchronized traveling.
Meanwhile, specialized equipment is adopted to assemble the caterpillar chain, and the assembly of the both sides is conducted at the same time. The optimized fit tolerance increases the connection firmness. For the purpose of reducing abrasion between chain components, the bushing and pin surface of the caterpillar drive chain are coated with specialized grease.
